ROY DENTAL RENOVATIONS
The project consisted of a full interior fit-up of a dental clinic, including demolition and reconstruction of interior systems, as well as an expansion into an adjacent tenant space. The scope included specialized partition assemblies such as lead-lined operatory walls, slab-to-slab fire-rated separations, and plenum barriers.
Extensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work was completed to support dental equipment, including in-slab coordination and service integration. The project also included custom millwork, high-end finishes, and complete lighting and ceiling systems.
All work was completedin compliance with healthcare facility requirements. Construction was carefully phased and executed after-hours and during the holiday shutdown to allow the clinic to remain operational, with all service interruptions planned and coordinated to minimize disruption. Project was successfully delivered on schedule with minimal impact to ongoing operations.
