We have been a trusted construction partner to National Bank for over 25 years, having successfully delivered multiple branch projects throughout the Ottawa region.
Based on our proven track record and understanding of their operational requirements, we were once again retained to complete the St-Laurent branch renovation. This repeat engagement reflects the confidence placed in our team to consistently deliver high-quality workmanship, reliable scheduling, and seamless coordination with clients and stakeholders.
The scope of work included demolition of existing tenant’s layout, concrete slab reinforcement to support specialized banking equipment, as well as building envelope upgrades including full glazing system replacement. Mechanical, electrical, security and controls systems were fully reconfigured to meet our client’s standards. Interior fit-up works included metal stud framing, drywall, doors and hardware, interior glazing partitions, and high-quality architectural finishes throughout.
