Building M-50 Slab Repair

Front entrance concrete rehabilitation at Building M-50, including replacement of the existing exterior slab with new waterproofing, concrete steps, retaining wall, ramp, and stainless steel railing. Completed through the winter months, the project required heat containment enclosures and temporary heating to maintain schedule and quality. The work modernized a key building entrance while improving durability, safety, and long-term performance in an active institutional setting.
